These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of www.craf-t.com (the “Platform”) and the services we provide to vendors (the “Vendor” or “You”). By signing up for membership and using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

  1. Membership & Payment

  • Annual Membership: Access to create a market on the Platform is available through the purchase of an annual or monthly membership. The membership fee is non-refundable after 3 days from time of purchase.
  • Payment Method: Membership fees must be paid online via cred/debit or PayPal. Craf-t.com does not accept cash or check payments. A receipt will be issued upon successful payment.
  • No Refunds: Once the membership fee is paid, it is non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.

  1. Vendor Obligations

  • Handmade Items Only: The Platform is intended for the sale of handmade goods only. Vendors must ensure that all products listed meet this criterion.
  • Compliance: Vendors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the sale of their products, including local, state, and international laws concerning consumer protection, intellectual property, and product safety.
  • Content: Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Shipping and Returns: Vendors are responsible for shipping of their products and well as handling all returns and refunds from the sale of their products.

  1. Term & Termination

  • Term: The membership is valid for one year or month, whichever is selected, from the date of payment. After the first year or month, whichever is selected, the membership will automatically renew unless cancelled by the Vendor.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the membership at any time after the first year. Termination will not affect any benefits already provided or payments made.

Vendors who cancel their membership will still have access to the Platform until the end of the current billing cycle.

  1. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: A full refund of the annual or monthly membership fee is available within 3 days of the original payment. Refunds are not available after the 3-day period has expired.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Mediation/Arbitration: In the event of a dispute between the Vendor and the Platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration before seeking formal legal action.
  1. Platform Rights
  • Removal of Vendors: The Platform reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the sale of non-handmade items, false advertising, or failure to comply with governing laws.
  • Platform Modifications: The Platform may modify or discontinue any services, features, or functionalities at any time, with or without notice. The Platform is not liable for any changes or interruptions to the services during this time.

  1. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: The Platform makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, legality, or authenticity of products sold by vendors. All transactions are conducted directly between vendors and buyers.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is not responsible for any damages, losses, or other liabilities arising from the use of the Platform or any transactions between vendors and buyers.

  1. Privacy and Data Use

  • Privacy Policy: Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  1. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
